We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Refund Policy to understand how refunds and returns are handled.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition as received.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please note:
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or if the product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.


2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty or damaged).

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (like earbuds) once opened, for safety reasons.


3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved, we will process your refund as follows:

  1. Contact our support team via email at @sudaisfatehpuri10@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, photos/videos of the product, and a short description of the issue.

  3. Once verified, our team will guide you through the return shipping process.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm your refund.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa).
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment or during the confirmation call.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure you are available to receive the parcel.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
We will replace the product or issue a full refund after verifying the issue.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • We offer free shipping on all orders; however, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account or mobile wallet again.

  • Contact your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank) as processing times can vary.
